National Parks Poster Art of the WPA Puzzle

Bring the beauty of national parks to your next puzzling session with this National Parks Poster Art of the WPA Puzzle. From 1935 to 1943, the Federal Art Project of the Works Progress Administration produced over two million posters in 35,000 unique designs. These posters aimed to inspire the public and promote education, theater, health, safety, and travel.

WPA artists created 14 designs highlighting national park units. Only 1,400 national park posters were originally printed, and just 40 survive today. Former ranger Doug Leen played a key role in recovering these rare pieces. His passion helped preserve the legacy of this remarkable project.

The revived WPA style gained quick popularity. National parks soon partnered with Ranger Doug to continue the series. These new designs reflect the energy and charm of the originals. The puzzle features small images of each design, includes 63 national parks, and is a fun challenge for park lovers.
