National park tokens are perfect for commemorating your journeys to national parks far and wide. Each token is crafted from solid metal with park-specific engravings on both sides. The front of this token features an image of the Central Pacific's steam engine Jupiter, the wood burning engine that took part in the Golden Spike ceremony on May 10th, 1869. You can tell it burned wood by its diamond-shaped smokestack, necessitated by large screen and exhaust flow designed to limit embers flying into the air and burning the countryside, or the train itself! The back of the token notes the year of the this park's most recent designation by the National Park Service.
- Official park token approved by the National Park Service for Golden Spike National Historical Park
