Expected arrival times are based on the most current seasonal delivery guidelines provided by USPS and UPS; however, these carriers may adjust their timelines at any time due to volume, weather conditions, staffing, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

Orders placed on or before the recommended date of December 15 have a higher likelihood of arriving before the holidays, but timely delivery is not assured. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery speed and arrival date are solely determined by that carrier.

Promotional offers cannot be combined. These exclusions help us continue supporting our mission and the independent artists and park partners we work with.

If you do need to edit the items on your order, let us know right away by emailing weborders@wnp.org. Make sure to reference your order number and the item edits you'd like to make.

Also, we process orders for shipment quickly, either the same or next business day! Once your order has left our distribution center, we cannot edit the items on the order or change a shipping address, so please make sure that you've entered this information correctly prior to submitting your order.

We ship orders in several package types. The majority of orders ship in thin film recyclable poly mailers and bubble mailers made from at least 50% recycled material. Boxed orders are shipped in either new or reused cardboard boxes, so if you receive an order from us in an Amazon box, now you know why!

Void fill for boxed shipments can include new or reused materials. Any new materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. We don't purchase any new plastic filler materials, so if your boxed package includes any plastic filler, it is reused. In addition, we only purchase fully biodegradable packing peanuts, so if your boxed package includes any Styrofoam peanuts, those are reused as well.

We try our best to be as environmentally conscious as possible, and we're always looking for new ways to package orders in a sustainable way that also protects the items inside. While not every package type we use is recyclable, the vast majority are, and those that aren't help keep weight to minimum so less energy is necessary to transport the item. It's a balancing act that we are always looking to optimize!

Park Protector Members are eligible for a discount on most products online or in any of our park stores (Hand-made craft items and other products as noted are excluded). When you purchase a membership, a customer record will be created in our online store using the email and physical address you provided at the time of your membership purchase. To access your member discount, simply login to our online store using that email address and once logged in, your member discount will be automatically applied to all eligible items in your cart. We update our records weekly, so please allow one week from time of membership purchase before trying to access your online member discount.
