Momo Bee Canvas Print
This mini canvas print makes a perfect addition to your home. Each piece of art depicts an animal or spirit that is part of the indigenous world. Each includes a description of the artwork, information on the indigenous culture the art is inspired by, and an artist biography.
Each 6" x 6" print features smudge, fade, and water-resistant pigments on heavyweight canvas mounted on a wood frame with a sawtooth hanger. Like any print, keep out of direct sunlight.
This print features an image of Momo fluttering among flowers gathering pollen. Above the rain clouds, bees and butterflies symbolized as flowers announce the coming moisture. Among the blossoms are petroglyphs depicting bee migration and rain clouds. During the monsoon season, rain brings flowers to which bees gather. Bees pollinate not only plants that the Hopi people depend on, but they also provide honey.
