Sue Coccia, an artist based in Edmonds, Washington, created this Gambel’s quail flour sack towel based on one of her fanciful drawings. It is filled with desert animals, both obvious and not-so-obvious. Each piece of the image has meaning related to the natural habitat of the Gambel's quail, whose unique call can be heard throughout the Southwest.

The 130 thread count towel is made of 100% premium cotton fabric hemmed on all sides for a tidy, unmistakable quality and durability. It has high absorbency properties and it's breathable, making it ideal for baking yeast rising recipes. There's a corner loop for convenient storage or hang drying, and it's pre-washed to avoid shrinking. Washer and dryer safe. Cotton from India, made and printed in the United States.
