Southern Cheyenne, Arapaho Plains Indians and trappers traded for buffalo robes at Bent's Old Fort in the early 19th century. For much of its 16-year history, the fort served as permanent settlement on the Santa Fe Trail between Missouri and Mexican settlements. The blocks come in a box featuring educational information about Bent's Old Fort.
