Each mug has a custom ceramic badge featuring the iconic National Park Geek logo, which salutes park geeks past and present with its nods to Teddy Roosevelt and National Park Service rangers. This year's edition is inspired by the sea, with a light teal and blue white glaze. Each mug is thrown, glazed, and numbered by hand right here in the United States. In December of 2021, the founder and Chief Geek Ranger of National Park Geek, Daniel Gross, passed away. Here at WNPA we continue to remember Daniel as someone who inspired others to love the national parks and to help care for these special places.
